Our Team
Dr. Evan Grabois, D.O. FAAP
Dr. Evan Grabois was born and raised in Miami and earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. He went on to complete his pediatric residency at the University of Miami Holtz Children’s Hospital, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and clinical expertise. In his final year, Dr. Grabois was selected as Chief Resident, a role in which he led the current residents as well as the recruitment process. In addition, he was able to further hone his skills in primary care pediatrics.
Dr. Grabois combines expert medical training with a personal, family-centered approach—so you can feel confident your child is in caring, capable hands. With a strong clinical background and a deep understanding of the community he serves, Dr. Grabois is dedicated to delivering exceptional care for your child at every stage of development.
Rosaliz Ortiz
Rosaliz Ortiz brings more than a decade of healthcare administration experience to Bay Harbor Pediatrics. Most recently, she served as Physician Office Manager for the Departments of Orthopedics and Rheumatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, where she oversaw multi-site operations, staff recruitment and training, payroll, and physician scheduling. Her career also includes administrative roles at Mount Sinai West in New York City and Ocean Radiation Oncology in Brooklyn, where she gained extensive expertise in patient relations, insurance coordination, and surgical scheduling.
We are thrilled to welcome Rosaliz to Bay Harbor Pediatrics, where her leadership skills and dedication to efficient, patient-centered care will help create a warm and well-organized environment for the families we serve.
